Kid’s Costume and Pet Parade

We welcome children and parent’s alike to our annual Kid’s Costume and Pet Parade here at the Park District. Children will register according to their ages and parade past the costume judges at approximately 6:30 p.m. Judges will determine the top costumes in each group based on several factors including originality, character, and imagination. This is a fun event mixed with a little chaos.

Pets should be comfortable with crowds and their costumes should not restrict them from moving easily. Pets should be on a leash.

When the judging is over children and their families are encouraged to go to the Watseka Area Chamber of Commerce Trunk or Treat event at the First Trust Parking Lot. There will be lots of laughs, screams, and treats for all!
