Yoga is a relaxing and a strengthening approach to working out and clearing your mind. This class is designed for the beginner or the experienced yoga participant and all levels are welcome. Classes begin on the Monday that you choose and you can easily renew at the end of your 6-week session. Let Yoga help you relax and find a total body exercise that is right for you.
